Yvonne B. Gorham, 72, of West Haven, entered into eternal rest on January 25, 2016.

Ms. Gorham was born in Humphrey, AR, August 2, 1943, a daughter of the late M.C. McNeil and Eula Mae McNeil.

Prior to retiring, she was employed at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a Machine Operator. She was a member of Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Food Pantry Ministry.

Yvonne is survived by brothers, Joseph (Patricia), Michael, Rodney (Cheryl) and Stanley (Rose) McNeil; sisters, Elva Whiten, Jacquelyn (Dehollis) Combs, Carolyn (Bobby) Miller and Pretty Vickie Parks; a special niece, Monique McNeil; special cousins, Patricia (Richard) Turner and Ellen Doram; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Audrey Y. Gorham; brothers, Charles and Billye McNeil and a sister, Hazel Lawana Tarver.

A celebration of Ms. Gorham's life will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Chapel St., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 9:00-11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
