A celebration of Walter's life will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Saint Paul Union American Methodist Episcopal Church, 1267 Chapel Street, New Haven. The viewing will be held at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM. The burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park, 90 Pine Rock Ave., New Haven, CT.
