Tracey Ann Starks, 65, of Danbury, passed away after a very long illness. She peacefully entered eternal rest July 30, 2026. She was a daughter of the late Herbert Marshall Starks and Charlotte Ruth Starks. Before her illness, Tracey was a longtime employee at Leahy's Fuels as a customer service manager. Tracey enjoyed being part of the Leahy’s family and had many, many fond memories during her employment there. Tracey was a very kind, good hearted, loving person, with a laugh that would light up a room. She will be truly missed. Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Diana Starks and Dinise Starks; niece, Desiree White; and close family friend, Leslie Gomez. She was predeceased by a sister, Erica Starks and brother, Herbert "Kippy" Marshall Starks, Jr.
