Spencer Bromell, 54, of New Haven, entered into eternal rest on December 28, 2015.

He was born in Conway, SC, July 22, 1961, a son of Clarence Bromell, Jr. and Helen Bromell.

Mr. Bromell was employed at the Connecticut Post as a Driver.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Shayanna Bromell; siblings, Grandal, Cathy, Patrick, Latrecia and Mark; extended siblings, Frankie, Gail and Margaret; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Mr. Bromell's life and legacy will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016, at 9:00 AM at St. Matthew's UFWB Church, 400 Dixwell Ave., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 8:00-9:00 AM. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
