Sally E. Terry, 95, of New Haven, entered into eternal rest on February 21, 2015. She was the widow of Henry E. Terry, Sr.

Born in South Boston, VA, May 5, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Easley.

Mrs. Terry was a charter member of Community Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Henry E. Terry, Jr.; grandchildren, Phillip and Kellen Pervis; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Lucy Johnson.

A celebration of Mrs. Terry's life and legacy will be held Thursday, March 5, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at Community Baptist Church, 143 Shelton Ave., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
