Richard D. Pratt, III, age 8, beloved son of Richard D. Pratt, Jr. and Nicole S. Russell Pratt, entered eternal rest on August 6, 2016.

Richard was born in New Haven, CT on May 15, 2008. He was soon to enter the 3rd grade at Shepherd Glen Elementary School in Hamden.

In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish loving and everlasting memories, his brother, Nicholas Pratt; maternal great grandmother, Winsome Russell; his maternal grandparents, Ivor Russell and Venessa Hunter; paternal grandparents, Richard D. Pratt, Sr. and Lisa Perry; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Richard's life will be held Friday, August 12, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Varick Memorial AME Zion Church, 242 Dixwell Ave., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 9:00-11:00 AM. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
