Kristin David-Andrew Payton, 29, of New Haven, entered into eternal rest on April 13, 2015.

Born in New Haven, CT, July 26, 1985, he was the son of Kevin Payton and Andrea Grant.

Kristin was a 2007 graduate of the University of Connecticut.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Kayla Payton; paternal grandparents, William and Retha Payton; aunts, Jacqueline Grant, Denise, Sharon and Rita Payton, Crystal Lee, Deborah Brown, Kim Fernandez, Jennifer Geyer and Karen Smith; uncles, Russell Payton and Lamont, Bruce and Tyrone Grant; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by an uncle, Glen Grant.

A celebration of Kristin's life will be held Monday, April 20, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Burial will be private.
