Viewing and visitation will be held at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 9:00-9:30 a.m. A Graveside service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven.
