Sheila Neal, age 57, of New Haven, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

She was born October 4, 1960 in New Haven, CT to the late Henry and Doris Neal.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, David Earl Bennerman, Jr. and Diamond Neal of New Haven, CT; daughters, Tiara, Brandice, and Amber Neal of New Haven, CT and Candice Neal of Bridgeport, CT; brothers, Avant Jones Jr. and Ronny Neal both of Philadelphia, PA, and sisters Tara Neal of Hamden, CT and Travis Muller of Madison, AL; two grandsons; and a host of family and friends.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Barbara Bowen and Sandra Coleman.

A celebration of Ms. Neal's life and legacy will be held Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight Street, New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
