Geraldine C. Corley, 90, of West Haven, formerly of Stamford, entered eternal rest on March 12, 2018. She was the widow of Edward Clay Corley.

Mrs. Corley was born in Blackstone, VA on June 8, 1927, a daughter of the late Johnny Scott and Molly Steward Scott.

She was a member of Apostolic Ministries of New Haven.

Geraldine leaves to cherish loving memories, her children, Edward (Cathy), Shirley, James (Vicky), Olinda, Mark, Alisha and Geraldine Corley, Darlene Kelly (Robert) and Nichelle Brown (Fred); 23 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by sons, John and Joseph Corley; a granddaughter, Letticia Corley; a grandson, Calvin Talbert, Jr.; and 7 brothers and sisters.

A celebration of Mrs. Corley's life and legacy will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Chapel, 50 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
