Eddie Gene Bailey, 73, passed away on February 17, 2015.

He was born in Gold Hill, AL to the late Earnest Bailey, Sr. and Bessie (Shealy) Bailey.

He attended school in AL, moved to Bridgeport, CT, NY and back to CT. He worked at NY Hospital and Phone Co., Denny's Restaurant and Burger King.

He is survived by two sisters, Era L Sparks of Union Springs, AL and Dorothy J Bailey of Huntsville, AL; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by Earnest Bailey, Jr., Albert Dallas, John Dallas, Jessie Dallas and AC Dallas, and brother-in-law, James Sparks Sr.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 25th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St, New Haven, CT.
