Demetrius L. Coppage, 38, of New Haven, entered eternal rest on January 15, 2018.

Born in New Haven, CT on July 19, 1979, he was the son of Lounell Greene and the late Henry Lee Coppage.

Demetrius was employed at the APT Foundation as a Licensed Practical Nurse and was a member of Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, he leaves to cherish loving memories, a sister, Wanda Coppage; brother, Carl Coppage; a nephew, Canon Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of Demetrius' life will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church, 425 Newhall St., Hamden. Viewing will be held at the church from 10:00-11:00 AM. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
