Craig A. Whyte, 45, of Woodbridge, entered eternal rest on March 22, 2026.

He was born on August 2, 1980, in St. Catherine, Jamaica, to Pauline Jackson-Mchayle and Lancey White. Craig worked as a roofer and was a member of Bellasghate Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Latoya Thomas (Oniel Pitter), Zureka Doyley (Damion Doyley), Garvey Grant (Rebekah), Chantal Beckford (Jason), George White, Shauntal White, and Ajoni White; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Indya Taymoni Whyte.

A celebration of Craig’s life will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 335 Putnam Avenue, Hamden, followed by burial at Hamden Plains Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
