Clarence "Skip" Bowman, 71, of New Haven, departed this life on February 10, 2020. He was born in New Haven, CT on March 3, 1948, son of the late Clarence Bowman and Bernice Bowman.

Mr. Bowman was most recently employed by the City of West Haven as a Parking Attendant.

Memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at American Legion Hall, 3005 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, CT 06518.
