Lorenzo Bines, 75, of Meriden, formerly of New Haven, departed this life on March 21, 2022.

Mr. Bines was born in Raleigh, NC on November 14, 1946, a son of the late Clarence Bines and Lorine Edwards Bines.

He was an Army veteran, who served in the Vietnam war and received an honorable discharge.

Mr. Bines is survived by his children, Lorenzo Bines, Jr., Jamal Bines, William Moore and Keisha Bines; a sister, Christine Urquhart; and a host of grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

An inurnment ceremony with military honors will be held Friday, March 25, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. at Evergreen Cemetery, 769 Ella T. Grasso Blvd., New Haven
