Bernard N. Chadwick, 55, of New Haven, entered into eternal rest on November 3, 2014.

Born in New Haven, CT, June 7, 1959, he was the son of Thomas Chadwick and Doris Barker Chadwick.

He was previously employed at the Hospital of St. Raphael as a Parking Attendant.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughters, Leslie Bridges (Miracle) and Iris Chadwick; a son, Marcus Chadwick; a brother, Vouise Fonville (Darlene); six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by a brother, Gernard Chadwick.

A celebration of Mr. Chadwick's life and legacy will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held from 8:00-9:00 A.M. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
