Alexis D. Brown, 33, of Hamden, entered eternal rest on September 1, 2017. Born in New Haven, CT, July 12, 1984, she was a daughter of Clarence Brown, Jr. and Harriet Brown. Alexis was employed at Kohl's as a Cashier. She was a member of Covenant Life Ministries in Stratford where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish loving memories a brother, Clarence Brown, III; sister, Adrianne P. Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service to celebrate Alexis' life will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Church on the Rock, 95 Hamilton St., New Haven.
