Johnnie Ross, 87, of New Haven, formerly of Ansonia, departed this life August 13, 2009.
Mr. Ross was born in Darlington, SC, April 15, 1922.
He was employed at New Haven Copper for numerous years and was also a WWII Army veteran.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
A celebration of Mr. Ross' life and legacy will be held Thursday, August 20, 2009, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia.
