Laureston Alexander Williams
1949 - 2008

"Small" was my roommate at AUC and the best man at my wedding.  This year, Karen and I will celebrate 35 years together and I would like to think he got us off to a good start.  I will miss him.  To the family, please know that our prayers are with you.

Smalls, as we called him was a long time friend and classmate. He was short in stature, but had a bid heart and a great smile. He will be missed, and always loved. My prayers go out to the whole family, and especially Rod ( in whose wedding to Dina, I was blessed to participate in)

I was privileged to meet Larry (Small) when I attended my brother's wedding (James and Karen Coleman) almost 35 years ago. He was a delightful person and I will miss him.  May God comfort your family.

I first met Larry "Small" at AUC in 1971, we were business students. One of very few Bajans on campus we soon became good friends. Since AUC days camp meeting was our meeting spot. Now we look forward to the welcoming joy that awaits the faithful when Jesus returns as promised.

Our sincere condolences and prayers go out to the family.

To the family:

May the memories of Laureston live with you always. It is like yesterday that we first met Laureston although it was about 20 years ago, and he remained the same person all these years. May God's continued presence be  with you all.

To the family,

My prayers of comfort as well as my warm memories of Larry (Smalls) be with each of you as you endure this valley experience. My memories of Larry go back to the days when Calvary (Bridgeport) and Mt. Zion would have functions together; then they moved on to being at AUC.

Hold on to your faith in the mighty God we serve.

Smalls" Williams is my friend. I loved he and Rod. My heart broke when I got the news of his passing.

We met at AUC and my life was better for having had him in it.

My wife [Lee Ann] , my boys and I want you to know that we share your tremendous lost and cling tenaciously to the hope that joins all our hearts of a soon coming Savior and a certain resurrection and reunion.

With love always,

Smalls was my roommate for a couple of years, sharing an apartment with Andy Scantlebury and me in Ross Manor.  Larry was the consummate gentleman.   He was warm, easy-going, and a genuine Christian and friend.   We got along superbly well and I shall miss him dearly.   What a loss!   Even so, come Lord Jesus.   Cliff.
