To The Lloyd Family:
My condolences to the family. Although I did not know James personally, I did know Carrie and Major. Often they spoke of James. He was a positive great man.
May God give you the comfort that you need.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Lloyd family. I first met Junior when I was a Teacher at the New Haven Child Development Program and his mother, Ms. Lloyd was my Supervisor. My first impression of Junior was that he was just a really nice and respectful man with a great smile. As I got to know him during the years that I worked for the Program I realized that he was caring, thoughtful and a real genuine person. He always seemed to put what was important first, which was his mother, and that was always evident every time he came into the Day Care. I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to know him.

My thoughts are with you at this time. No words can help a mother who has lost a child but the heart can only heal with time. We go back many years Vanette and you will be in my prayers. God bless you and be strong.

To My Godmother Vanetta,
Mom the way may seem hard now, but know that God in all His wisdom does not
make any mistakes. He is going to be your comforter when no one is there to
comfort you in the mid-night hour. He is going to be that son when you want
to call on your son, and a constant guide to keep your heart. I love you and
you know I and the entire family is here for you, no questions asked just
call on us.
With much love and constant prayer,
Love Always,
