To the Canteen Family:
I was deeply saddened to hear of Ronnie's passing. I have known him for several years through the Barbara Fox Classic Bowling League of which we are both members. Ron always kept me laughing and I also enjoyed his beautiful smile and his jovial laugh. He will certainly be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with the entire family in your hour of sorrow. But take comfort in knowing that God makes no mistakes and Ron is now resting in a better place. God bless all of you!!!!!

Our sincerest condolances go out to your family at this time of hardship. Ronnie was a very dear friend to our whole family. He was an all-around great guy, always laughing and trying to make others laugh. We have shared many great experiences with him, including our 2004 family reunion trip to Florida, and our most recent adventure to Puerto Rico this past July. Ronnie had such a fun sense of being, he even rode a mechanical bull with us while we visited a children's museum! We remember like yesterday that hot summer day on the beach when you stood under the palm trees with your buddy Xavier while we frolicked in the water...
Ronnie, the kids will miss you greatly, especially Daijalee who has known you since she was a tiny girl. I know you are smiling down on us from heaven where you have earned a comfy seat next to the sweetest angels. We love you and will miss you until we meet again...Hector, Rosa, Nathan, Daija, Xavier

My deepest condolences
go out to the family of Ronnie Canteen. I considered Ronnie part of the family.
He was such a beautiful person, words cant even describe the big heart he
had. He was one of my mothers best friends. I'll always remember the good
times we all had. The vacation trips, parties, and just the time that he spent
with us. Ronnie I thank you for blessing my mom with your friendship, you
always treated her like Queen and made her feel important. You were there
through the good and bad. I know that you will continue to watch over her.
May God Bless you, our friend and now God's Angel. Love Cassandra Deleon

We were deeply saddened
to hear of Ronnie's passing. We have known Ronnie for many years. He was "My
Buddy" and hanging partner. We took trips together at jazz festivals,
amusement parks, the casino, football games with the US Club, just to mention
a few. He enjoyed vacations and just having fun. He always had a smile on
his face and I would always tease him to make him laugh with that "jovial"
laugh. He will surely be missed. Our prayers are with the family in your time
of sorry. May God comfort you in knowing that God makes no mistakes and Ronnie
has served a good life here and is now home with his Heavenly Father. GOD
BLESS YOU ALL!

Mrs. Frances and Kelly
We serve a God that makes no mistakes. It will be times when you will mourn as though it was just yesterday, and then there are days when God will give you that peace and comfort to let you know He's in control. Our deepest condolences to you and family. Ronnie was a part of my life as yours and he will truly be missed. But my bible tells me that "Absent from the body is Present with the Lord. Hold on to your faith, let go and let God. You will always remain in our prayers.

The Lewis's offer our condolences on the passing of Ronnie. A son is one of God's most treasurer gifts. We cherish each memory that we share. So let your heart start on its journey to healing by feeling the comfort remembering brings. Let their be memories of pictur, mementos, and favorite stories sometime funny and sad. So let your mind wander the paths of remembrance, reliving the joys and good timesthat the two of you had. So let their be sweet memories.
May God Bless you and Kelly.

With sadness I extend my deepest condolences to the family.
I never knew Ronnie's name until now, and he never knew mine. But we have been in each others company on many occasions. No matter where I would see him he'd had that big smile on his face. And I'll tease him and say, "stop making me smile." And his respond would be, "I can't help it," and he'd burst into laughter. He always made me feel joy when I didn't feel joyful. He was so blessed to have such a warm loving spirit. What a beautiful person. May God continue to Bless his family.
